Event for 3 months – 12 years olds! Please join us for our Parent’s Night Out on Friday, March 15 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM! The cost is $35 per child/ $45 for two FFC members. Non-members are always welcome for $5 more for each child! We will be having an Easter Egg Hunt, Egg Toss Game & Face Painting. Chicken fingers, chips, and juice boxes are included!

Join us in the kids club for Party Hearty Day on Friday, February 16 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM! It’s all about hearts and kindness! This event is for ages 3 months – 12 years! We will enjoy music, heart crafts, and pizza! Registration is REQUIRED by February 13. The cost is $35 per child or $45 for two members. Non-members are always welcome for $5 extra!

Congratulations to FFC Oak Park’s January member of the month, Anna Khrustaleva! Anna answered a few questions for us about being a member at FFC:

 

1. What does membership at FFC mean to you? 

Membership at FFC means I have a place I can go to where I can focus solely on myself and my health. When I am at FFC, that is my time for me only; it is a time that I work on self-improvement.

 

2. When I am at FFC you will find me…

Usually on weekdays in the mornings! I may not be on time but I will be there!

 

     3. I work out to…

Feel strong and confident. I want to be able to lift anything and hike anywhere! Also to become more powerful so that I can finally win a wrestling match against my fiance, it’s been over a decade of losing, and it’s time to change that.

1. What does membership at FFC mean to you? 

Being a member of FFC has motivated me to take care of my physical health. I used to view going to the gym as more of a chore but after developing a weekly gym routine at FFC, it has now become one of my favorite parts of the day.

 

2. When I am at FFC you will find me…

You’ll see me around 5:00 – 6:00 AM either weightlifting or playing basketball

 

     3. I work out to…

Clear my mind and relax my body in the early morning before heading off into a long day of real estate.

Join us this Fall for a 9-week pickleball league! The league will run from October 8 – December 3 and games will be played on Sundays from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Matches will be played as doubles with alternating partners. The cost is $125 for members and $225 for non-members. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

• All participants – T-shirt + 1 complimentary Training/Pilates session
• 1st place – $50 FFC Gift Card + Gold Medal
• 2nd place – $30 FFC Gift Card + Silver Medal
