Spring Reset with a Trainer

On Wednesday, March 19 from 7:00 – 9:00 AM, meet a hybrid Pilates/Personal, a Pilates Instructor, and an experienced Personal Trainer to answer your questions and introduce you to Pilates.

Indoor Triathlon at Union Station

3-Point Shootout

Join Us For The Pot o’ Gold Usage Challenge

The Pot o’ Gold Challenge is a usage challenge that encourages participants to work out 20 out of 31 days AND complete an InBody Assessment in March! Your progress will be tracked in the FFC+ app.

Challenge Dates
March 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025
You must opt in between February 21 – March 7, 2025.

How It Works

1. Opt-in – To confirm participation, visit the ‘My Dash’ screen on the FFC+ app and select ‘JOIN NOW’ on the pop up banner that asks if you’d like to participate. Please note, you must opt-in between 2/21-3/07.

2. Visit The Club – Check in to the club a minimum of 20 days during the challenge dates (only 1 check in per day counts).

3. Complete An InBody Assessment – Visit any FFC location to complete an InBody assessment. When taking the test, scan your barcode in the FFC+ app on the InBody machine to retrieve or set up your account. If you are a first time user, you will be prompted to add in your mobile number, height, age and gender (see screenshots below for assistance).

4. Track Your Progress – Keep tabs on your progress in the “My Dash” section of the FFC+ app. The MTD Checkins metric will be red until you hit 20 checkins, then it will turn green. Your InBody Test Date will say “N/A” until you complete 1 assessment. Upon completion, the date of your assessment will appear on the dashboard in green signifying you’ve completed this component of the challenge.

Turn up the heat this March! Opt-In to the annual Pot o’ Gold Challenge between February 21 – March 7!

The program runs from March 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025. Participants must ‘opt-in’ to the challenge via the FFC+ app by March 7, 2025 to confirm participation. Your 20 check-ins do not need to be at the same FFC location – we will track your visits across our 10 clubs. There is a max of one qualifying visit per day. You will be automatically entered to win the Pot o’ Gold once you have reached 20 visits AND completed 1 InBody test. Your guest pass will be automatically added to your account and the Grand Prize winner will be rewarded by April 8, 2025. The guest pass and grand prize are non-transferable and have no cash value. Other restrictions may apply.

 

Client Structural Assessment

Train smarter and safer with this 5 part Client Structural Assessment. The assessments include a postural assessment, muscle strength testing, muscle length testing, and lumbar/pelvic stability. Not only will you learn what your body needs, but you will also be provided with the tools to correct any deficiencies. Give your workout direction in 2025! Sessions are $99.

This program is designed to teach kids how to swim and feel safe and confident in the water. With a focus on fun, safety, and skill development, our classes help children of all ages become strong, capable swimmers. From water safety basics to advanced techniques, we use positive reinforcement and playful activities to ensure every child loves learning to swim.

Our adult swim classes offer a supportive and personalized environment where you can build confidence in the water, improve your technique, and get in shape all while having fun. Join us on Sundays from 8:00 – 8:30 AM and Mondays from 7:00 – 7:30 AM. For one session per month the cost is $99 member and $199 for non-members.

Wear Red for American Heart Month

Boxing Bootcamp at FFC East Lakeview

Enhance your fitness and meet your next workout partner. Join us on Tuesdays at 7:30 PM for Boxing Bootcamp, a full-body workout consisting of boxing techniques mixed into interval training. Learn how to punch, defend yourself, proper footwork, all while getting a great cardiovascular workout! Class is for all skill levels and ensures a fun and challenging workout. The cost is $128 for once a week small group training.
