This full body, strength training workout tackles every major muscle group with the use of heavy weights for eight exercises. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with your heaviest weight selection then immediately dropped to slightly lighter weight for the last 45 seconds. Following this 90 second set is a 30 second rest. Once all eight exercises are completed, the circuit will run for one more round.
Join us for “Tone & Toast,” offered after each Pilates group class during Member Week September 16 – 21. After your workout, raise a glass of prosecco and celebrate your effort with fellow members. As a Registered Dietitian of 6+ years, Amanda has a variety of experiences under her belt. Three of those more recent years were spent within the walls of the intensive care unit of Swedish Hospital as a Clinical Dietitian. She has now decided to make the switch back to outpatient nutrition counseling.
Outside of her career for the past few years in the inpatient world, Amanda has found ways to stay active. She has filled much of her spare time with coaching soccer!
Amanda is passionate about performance nutrition but also medical nutrition therapy. Amanda has the tools and experience to help meet you where you are and get you where you strive to be!
