Strong entrepreneurship professional with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, certification in Pilates, over 13 years as a national continuing education provider, and faculty member of Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Peripheral Neuropathy. She is a certified Pilates Instructor, an AFAA-certified Group Exercise Instructor, and an ACE-certified Personal Trainer. Just because Summer is almost over does not mean swimming has to come to an end. Join us on Saturdays and Sundays at the indoor pool to continue perfecting what you learned this Summer. The lessons will be held in the indoor pool and the sessions will be 45 min in length. Cost is $109 per session for members, $99 for siblings. Non-Member pricing available. Class ratio is 1:4. Ages 3-12.
