Exercise alone sometimes just isn’t enough, but exercise combined with proper nutrition, can often lead to success. Choose from the below Nutrition Coaching services and learn how to make better nutrition decisions to feed a healthy lifestyle.

  • $75 for 30 minutes OR (6 pack for $420, $30 OFF OR 12 pack for $780, $120 OFF)
  • $105 for 60 minutes OR (6 pack for $600, $30 OFF OR 12 pack for $1,170, $90 OFF)

During a coaching session, you’ll spend time with your Registered Dietitian learning how to fuel your body based on your health, goals, and exercise level. Through nutrition counseling and education, you’ll learn how to put your goals into action regarding your eating habits.

Masters Swim Program

Masters Swim is intended for ALL levels to build community, lower injury risk and develop swimming technique. Class meets Tuesdays at 6:00 AM and Thursdays at 7:00 AM.

The Healing Sound Bowl

Winter 2025 Pickleball League

We will be kicking off our Winter 2025 Pickleball League the week of January 6. All levels are welcome. The competitive league will be on Mondays starting at 6:15 pm and the recreational league will be on Thursdays at 6:15 PM.

Cost is $150 per member and $200 per non-member.

January Parent’s Night Out: Snowman Winter Party!

Join us on Friday, January 31 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM for this month’s Parent’s Night Out, a Snowman Winter Party at the FFC Kids Club! This event is for 3 months – 12 years old! Enjoy a night out while we enjoy fun games and pizza. Registration REQUIRED by Tuesday, January 28, 2025. The cost is $35 per child or $45 for two for FFC members.
