Congratulations to FFC Oak Park’s January member of the month, Anna Khrustaleva! Anna answered a few questions for us about being a member at FFC:
Membership at FFC means I have a place I can go to where I can focus solely on myself and my health. When I am at FFC, that is my time for me only; it is a time that I work on self-improvement.
Usually on weekdays in the mornings! I may not be on time but I will be there!
3. I work out to…
Feel strong and confident. I want to be able to lift anything and hike anywhere! Also to become more powerful so that I can finally win a wrestling match against my fiance, it’s been over a decade of losing, and it’s time to change that.
Hitting up the Recovery Lounge? Make your post-workout experience even better by treating yourself to Local ‘84 after the Lounge at 10% off! This discount must be used on the same day as the Recovery Lounge. Show your Recovery Lounge reservation in the app at the cafe to receive the discount.
