Available every Wednesday at 1:00 pm in October, this Pilates class will focus on strengthening the muscles and increasing flexibility in muscles commonly missed in regular men’s strength training routines. September is Hunger Action Month and FFC has teamed up with Nourishing Hope to make a difference! Bring any nonperishable, unopened food items into the club anytime during the month of September and help us combat hunger in our community.
We will be kicking off our Fall Pickleball League the week of September 11. All levels are welcome. The intermediate league will be on Mondays starting at 6:15 PM and the beginner league will be on Thursdays at 6:15 PM. The cost is $150 per person for members and $165 per person for non-members.
