Welcome Our New Fitness Lead, Trisha!

We are excited to welcome Trisha Noa to FFC Union Station! Trisha will be heading up the Fitness Department, which is inclusive of all trainers, Pilates instructors and our rental programs. Trisha comes from OrangeTheory Fitness, where she was a general manager and head coach. She graduated from Illinois State University Normal with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.

Mondays at 12 PM: RaceDay Ride with Jay
Take your training to a new level! Your Cycling Coach Jay will take you on a journey where you experience climbs, flats & intervals during this 45-minute journey. Instructors will use any combination of RPE, Cadence Heart Rate and Power to guide you as you improve your outdoor performance.

Wednesdays at 5:15 PM: Rockstar Ride with Danny
This high energy ‘party on the bike’ workout will get you moving to the beats of your favorite recording artists and (almost) anything goes! RockStar RIDE is a safe and effective calorie burning workout where you will experience lots of jumps, tap backs and choreography set to high energy tunes rock, pop and EDM tunes!

Thursdays at 11:30 AM – Core94 with Lois
Incinerate your Core from every conceivable angle during this intense class in a 94 degree studio that combines floor work, body weight, and strength moves to ignite your muscles from hips through shoulders. Finish with a heated total body stretch to melt and rejuvenate your Core and more.
